Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.
HDI is hiring a Disability Program Administrator I to support our team as an IPS Supported Employment Trainer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist agencies in making organizational and programmatic changes to implement and sustain Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment.
- Provide training and consultation to employment staff, agency leaders, practitioners, and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors implementing IPS.
- Participate in IPS leadership meetings and provides feedback about IPS barriers and facilitators.
This position serves designated IPS providers in Kentucky, requires travel, and allows for a flexible home office.
