WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role evaluates preliminary donor eligibility by reviewing medical records, clinical information, hemodilution assessments, and behavioral risk factors, while coordinating transportation logistics with courier services to ensure timely and accurate tissue shipment and maintaining strong stakeholder communication. It also identifies and processes organ, tissue, and eye referrals to maximize donation opportunities, assesses and triages incoming communications to route urgent needs appropriately, and provides compassionate support to families by advocating for donation, completing authorization documents, and conducting thorough Donor Risk Assessment Interviews.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 3 years work experience as an EMT, Corpsman, ER, RRT, ICU tech or equivalent health care experience or dispatch for emergency services

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
