This role will join our Global Risk and Compliance Technology team providing solutions to support the Integrated Risk Management Program.
Join the team and make an impact right away:
• Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predict future challenges.
• Function as a core member of an agile team working developing solutions both internally and low code configuration in the Service Now SASS based tool.
• Write code with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, React Python) using the American Express Suite of Enterprise Development tools.

• Ability to find opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.

• Experience of developing products or projects either in an academic, professional or personal setting.
• Some entry level software development experience or creative experience.
• A technical background is beneficial but not required. We are looking for passionate, fast learners willing to take on new challenges, more than specific technical experience.
Educational Requirements:
• Must earn Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical subject area by June 1st 2025.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
