Event Operator
An Event Operator is a core member of the High Touch Services Managed Events technical production team who operates and manages highly specialized technology-differentiated conference and collaboration facilities and virtual Events. Service offerings encompass live meeting/event Operation support and Coordination of regional resources. You will work directly with advanced audiovisual systems, audio/video/web conferencing, live streaming media, and post-production needs.
The Expertise we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong event support background with at least 3-5 years of experience
  • LIVE production experience
  • Strong communication skills
The Purpose of Your Role
As an Operator – Events, you will work directly with a Managed Event Producer, Event planners and Communications teams to manage the technical needs, expectations and ultimately lead the LIVE Operation of a Managed Event. The primary role will be the Operation of Events with a secondary role based on the candidate’s deepest experience they bring to the group.

  • Your possession of good working knowledge of desktop and IT systems, PC and Mac hardware, Windows OS and MS applications, iOS, technical trouble shooting and issue resolution.
