The Role
The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company’s success. Individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department or organizational team. You will deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing complex calendars preferred
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of operational tasks
- Comfort supporting senior executives
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to rapidly shifting priorities
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Collaborative approach
- Thorough with strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort with tight deadlines and ability to work effectively under time constraints and pressure
- Willingness to use resources to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with various levels of management within the organization
- Trustworthy with highly confidential material
- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of other duties, as needed
- Willingness to help peers and be collaborative
The Team
You will work collaboratively with a small team of Executive Admins to support Fidelity Consulting’s Leadership Team and to fulfill operational functions required to run the business efficiently. Fidelity Consulting is a ~100-person group that provides strategic consulting services to Fidelity’s businesses.
