Job Summary

The Office of the Vice President for Student Success is seeking an executive assistant to serve as a key member of the team. The primary responsibilities of this role focus on supporting the executive administrative needs of the Vice President for Student Success. Working as dynamic team member within the central office, this role will manage key projects, priorities, and workflows that promote the efficient operation of the Office of the Vice President and advance the mission of Student Success. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in executive support, office management, and business processes as well as a solid track record of managing multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced and friendly team.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Liberal Arts, or related degree plus 4 years related experience.
