We are searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to work in our residential program located in Riverton, UT. This position is responsible for overseeing all renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage’s houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned. This role holds responsibility for the overall condition and maintenance of the company’s buildings and grounds; and oversees the procurement process and upkeep of necessary equipment and supplies. This position directly performs routine maintenance, repair work and other related tasks as needed.
Duties:

Work experience and advanced training in at least two of the following trades: plumbing, electric, carpentry and paintingOccasionally required to sit; frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walkMust have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlinesMust have the ability to travel and/or operate a vehicle for up to 20% of the time spent working in this position.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is requiredTwo to three years’ work experience in facilities maintenanceMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintainedAbility to lift 50lbs
