We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Family Medicine
Work Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, will eventually switch to 4 10 hour shifts.
Patient Mix by Age: newborn to geriatric
Patient Volume: ~8-15 patients per day depending on patient mix
Types of Cases: routine appointments, minor acute, medication management, etc.
Specialties and Staff on Site: 4-6 RN's or LPN's, 6 CMA's
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: MI State License and Active DEA
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS
