This position requires standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. Occasional (<20% of the time) job-related travel.
Shift

Job Summary
UK Healthcare is seeking a Financial Senior Specialist to partner with Finance leadership in advancing enterprise financial strategy. This role supports executive decision-making by delivering clear financial insights, aligning strategic priorities, and driving data-informed outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a forward-looking approach to planning, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage financial planning tools, calendars, and systems
- Optimize financial processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy
- Assess economic, social, clinical, and regulatory factors affecting financial performance
- Build and apply predictive models to support strategic decisions
- Perform activity-based financial analyses to inform operations and performance
- Translate complex clinical and financial data into clear insights
- Prepare concise, executive-level presentations and analyses
- Partner with leadership to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data.
- Advanced data manipulation and modeling
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Strong financial acumen across operational and clinical environments
- Experience with large, complex datasets and cross-functional collaboration
