What You’ll Do:- Analyze revenue, expenses, and billing data to identify trends and optimize operations
- Create and present detailed financial reports that guide clinic leadership
- Support the annual budgeting process and monitor spending against targets
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- Collaborate across departments to gather data and communicate financial findings in a way that makes sense to all stakeholders
- A degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or healthcare administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Confidence in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and SMS-SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams
- (Bonus) Experience in a healthcare finance environment
