Shift

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. May occasionally require evening/weekend hours.

Job Summary

The University Press of Kentucky is the scholarly publisher for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This position works closely with the Deputy Director and the Director of the University Press of Kentucky. Major job responsibilities include financial management and reporting, accounts payable, procurement, and office management. Successful candidates must be able to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines, be a self-starter, critical thinker, and have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of SAP financial system preferred. Background in accounting and/or book publishing preferred.
