Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide the necessary planning, direction, control, and supervision of the field crew to accomplish the requirements of all assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads construction crew to complete projects on schedule and budget.
- Required to pour concrete foundations, install underground conduit, pull wire, and install traffic signal poles and/or streetlight poles with luminaires.
- Must be able to operate mini excavator, bucket truck, and pole truck.
- Delegate daily work to crew members and supervise crew members on assignments.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Prepare field reporting, including daily foreman’s reports, safety reports, timecards, etc.
- Ensure all company policies are consistently followed by all personnel under their responsibility.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Class A CDL.
- IMSA Level I & II.
- Must be able to operate a bucket truck, pole truck, and mini excavator.
- Must be able to read and understand construction plans.
- Experience in crew management, good planning ability, and supervision skills.
