Workplace Investing (WI) is looking for our next outstanding Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our WI Sales Demo Platform team!

Our mission is to showcase the current and future workplace digital experiences, demonstrating intuitive web and app capabilities. On this squad, you'll be hands-on contributing to building an outstanding demo platform that enables our sales teams to showcase Fidelity offerings and delight prospects. We rapidly incorporate new product experiences, showcasing the power and seamless integration of Fidelity's offerings to drive greater success for WI.
This role will play a meaningful role in highlighting the latest WI experiences to potential customers!

The Role
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and that are aligned to the platform's strategic direction
  • Participate in design reviews and code reviews.
  • Fully engaging in product quality plan efforts, including test case development, design and code reviews and regression testing.
  • Proactively consider ways to improve engineering practices and optimize platform offerings.
What you bring to our team
  • A passion for technology and can navigate your way across complex and rapidly-changing landscapes by staying on top of the latest trends and thrive by sharing knowledge.
  • Experience with current development tools including a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Have an approach of test first development and with the latest test frameworks. We believe that quality is everyone’s job.
  • Possess strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions.
Skills and Expertise
  • +10 years experience developing applications using modern frameworks and technologies with a consistent track record of delivery
  • Experience REST API Design & Development using Java or NodeJS
  • Strong expertise with Angular v17 and up
  • Strong experience working with AWS/Azure
  • Strong experience with Automation Tools/Frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Playwright)
  • Expertise with crafting, deploying and maintaining cloud-ready containerized applications
  • Expertise with DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery
  • Expertise with building highly scalable and resilient applications
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore new technology stacks and solutions
