The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
  • 5 or more years’ development experience with 3+ in front-end development.
  • Experience in building full stack web solutions.
  • Passion for delivering the best end user journeys.
  • Expertise in delivering front-end solutions and mid-tier services.

The Skills You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, RESTful services, JUnit.
  • Solid experience with web fundamentals like HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in building responsive web applications.
  • Solid experience of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, or any other equivalent UI framework, e.g., NodeJS and NPM.
  • Proficient with release management, source control and CI/CD technologies, e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
  • Ability to apply previous experience of Automation Tools/Test Frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Mocha, Selenium, Protractor, etc.).
  • Experience with any of the following a plus: Artifactory, Monorepo, Apache Camel, AWS / ECS / EKS, code analysis tools, e.g. Veracode, SOASTA, Sonar, JaCoCo, etc.

  • Collaborative working relationships with the Product Area as part of a global Agile team of architects, analysts and developers using Scrum.
  • Providing technical expertise in the UI, application and service tiers.
  • Leading and guiding junior team members.
  • Delivering high quality, timely, cost effective and maintainable software solutions in an Agile environment to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Giving your expertise to further Product Area and Technology capabilities outside the squad.

Please see the below pay rate range for the work location of Smithfield, RI only: $55 - 75 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
