Fidelity Wealth – Wealth Solutions Engineering Chapter Area is looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to build and support world-class products for its business-critical Wealth Implementation and Experiences Product Area. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to own entire features from concept to deployment working on cross-functional teams. The Team
Your primary role will be building, testing and engineering web applications using modern technologies like Angular, NodeJS, REST and Java. You will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our web applications and will work with the team to deliver outstanding solutions. You will also work with our technology team in defining and implementing engineering solutions for our technology products.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
3+ years of experience with modern MV*/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS).
3+ years of experience in API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, NodeJS, Swagger).
3+ years of Responsive & Progressive Modern Web application development.
Experience with Test automation (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress) Unit, Integration and Functional Tests.
Champion and advocate of Test Driven Development, Unit testing using frameworks and tools like Jest and Jasmine.
Fully hands on with application builds and deploys using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and work on production issues utilizing various tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
