The Team
Asset Management Technology (AMT) offers global technology and assistance to the Investment Management, Research, Trading, and Investment Operations departments at Fidelity. Our team develops top-tier data solutions for Fidelity Strategic Advisor Inc.'s managed account offerings. We are responsible for a multi-terabyte data platform that underpins crucial investment management functions for Fidelity’s leading wealth management services. Our platform caters to investment professionals and clients who regularly engage in significant market investment decisions.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Some roles may have unique onsite requirements. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific expectations for this position.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00-91.00 per hour in Durham, NC. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)
- Years of demonstrated expertise in crafting high-quality web applications
- Strong software development background in the financial or related Industry
- Expertise in Java, SpringBoot, JPA, REST APIs, and Swagger
- Professional experience developing responsive web UI applications using Angular, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, web components, and NodeJS
- A passion for learning new technologies and analyzing data to identify gaps and build solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, ETL, Data Modeling is advantageous
- A dedication to delivering high-quality software using DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker)
- The ability to independently address technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
