Full Stack Engineer
Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about designing and delivering robust solutions. This role involves close collaboration with teams and a strong focus on building scalable backend microservices and web application that empowers our wealth management domain.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions across multiple technology platforms, programming languages, and Data platform.
- Expertise in backend development building in Java / Python with API first approach for scalable environment.
- Deep understanding of APIs, UI development, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong experience using Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern web application technologies.
- Solid experience in front-end frameworks and web technologies including Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript or Typescript, web components, and other.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL/Oracle)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deployment and architecture best practices.
- Proven experience working with microservices architectures and microfrontend applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Within FIT, the Managed & Advisory Solutions team—part of the broader FI Wealth Management Domain—focuses on developing and supporting products that enable managed product distribution both on and off platform.
As a key member of this fast-paced team, you will contribute to the development of robust applications that support the evolving needs of our Managed & Advisory Solutions group.

- Collaborate with Product, Execution, and other support teams to resolve or escalate user inquiries
- Based on support queue trends, make recommendations for innovation and automation to reduce volume.
