We’re Hiring! Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Scheduler (English/Spanish) – Full Time | Family Medicine
Are you someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to every interaction? Our Family Medicine department is growing and busy, and we are excited to welcome a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to our team.


This is a long-term opportunity with purpose and impact — ideal for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Greet and register patients upon arrival
  • Collect co-pays and payments
  • Communicate with patients via fax and text
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and polished phone etiquette
  • Must type 40 + words a minute


Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday
    35–40 hours per week
