Physical Requirements

Sitting at workstation; using telephone; lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs., and able to go to various campus locations.



Shift

Weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
2-4 hours per shift, 10-20 hours per week.
Flexible around class schedules.





Job Summary

Primary duties: receive/log package deliveries; pick up/distribute mail; maintain common spaces; maintain office equipment and supplies; messenger/courier to various campus locations; assist faculty, staff, students, and international visiting scholars as needed; answer phones, greet guests; other duties as assigned.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Punctual and dependable; attention to detail; good verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Preferred Education/Experience

Customer service, hospitality, reception, or clerical experience a plus.
