Job Summary
- Assist in recording and reconciling grant income and expenditures in the accounting system.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for funders and internal stakeholders.
- Support the creation of 2026 Budgets.
- Help monitor budget-to-actuals for specific grants and programs.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Review and organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant agreements.
- Participate in special projects and audits as needed.
- Help review and revise accounting policies and procedures.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Basic understanding of accounting principles, proficient in Microsoft excel, strong attention to detail.

Preferred Education/Experience
- Coursework or experience related to nonprofit or governmental accounting.
- Familiarity with grant compliance requirements (e.g., OMB Uniform Guidance).
- Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related majors preferred.
