Weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Weekends.



Job Summary

• Monitor and actively engage with audiences across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with organizational initiatives and events.

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and best practices to inform social strategy.

• Help create and edit short-form content, including reels, stories, and videos.

• Identify and engage with influencers, ambassadors, and key voices in the horse racing and equestrian industries.

• Track social platform updates and algorithm shifts to optimize content performance.

• Manage digital assets and relationships with in-kind sponsors and brand ambassadors.

• Support the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly e-newsletters.

• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the Secretariat Center website.

• Take on additional marketing and communications tasks as needed.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office apps, photography, and social media.

Preferred Education/Experience

Published work, photography, and media experience. Marketing, Business, and Journalism majors preferred.
