Job Summary
Assisting with the creation, editing, production, coordination, and implementation of creative content for the program’s digital accounts and other assets, working within brand standards.
● Writing appropriate media, including press releases social media features.
● Creating graphics promoting events, resources and other initiatives.
● Interviewing ambassadors, students, research faculty, and alumni.
● All aspects of photography and video production (filming, editing, etc).
● Assisting with managing content calendars.
● Developing communication strategies; design, organize, and execute strategic
communication.
● Tracking analytics and identifying areas to optimize online presence.
● Serving as liaison to students and faculty to coordinate photo and video content for Instagram and email campaigns; partner to implement Instagram takeovers promoting research and recruiting events.
● Evaluating and reporting on social media and website analytics.
● Assisting with event management and execution, including: event marketing, setup, check-in of attendees, facilitation, cleanup and other duties as assigned.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Possess excellent customer service skills as well as a professional and willing attitude. Must be reliable and be able to professionally interact with stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task MS Office and Google Drive experience. Video editing and photography experience Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok.

Social media content management and graphic design. Marketing, Integrated Strategic Communications majors preferred.
