Job Summary
Charge and discharge library materials using Alma and ILL Circulation systems. Shelve MCL books. Answer and transfer phone calls. Give directions to walk-in customers. Assist library patrons with information retrieval using InfoKat. Other duties as assigned.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
General computer proficiency. Good organizational research and communication skills. Excellent customer service.
