The student worker will support administrative processes, event coordination, record management, and other activities that help the office provide effective services to law school faculty. This position offers an opportunity to gain professional experience in a collaborative academic environment while developing organizational, communication, and administrative skills. The student worker will contribute to office operations through responsibilities such as the following:- Providing administrative support for Faculty Support Office operations.
- Assisting with document preparation, including copying, scanning, and filing.
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, workshops, and faculty events.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining departmental databases and spreadsheets.
- Performing general office tasks, including mail distribution, inventory management, and other duties as assigned.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro is preferred but not required
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
