
Global Sanctions Policy, Procedure & Project Management Analyst Compliance– Training & Content Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized analyst to develop and manage training and awareness content related to Global Sanctions and PEP compliance, as part of the Policy, Procedure, and Project Management pillar. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex concepts into clear, engaging materials for a variety of global audiences. The analyst will lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of training modules and job aids, ensuring that content remains up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in training development, content strategy, or communications.
This is a hybrid position and cannot be performed remotely.
This role may also support other responsibilities and functions within the Global Sanctions team as needed.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Develop and update training materials for sanctions and PEP-related topics
- Conduct live, recorded, and in-person training sessions for global employees
- Assist in enterprise-wide training content refreshes and alignment with policy changes
- Train internal stakeholders on Bridger and alert adjudication best practices
- Create case-study based materials to illustrate key risks and decision-making frameworks
- Partner with GCO and subject matter experts to ensure training relevance and accuracy
- Maintain version control and documentation for training modules
- Support other functions in support of the Global Sanctions Team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in training, content creation, or compliance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and other content delivery platforms
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sanctions/PEP screening systems (e.g., Bridger)
- Experience delivering training in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment
- Knowledge of financial crimes risk and regulatory frameworks
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
