Job Summary
The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant. This position will develop and implement the computational algorithms, automate data analyses workflow, curate published pan-cancer datasets, and build prediction models for novel transcriptome features analyses identified using bulk and single cell RNASeq data.
This position is eligible for a fully on-site work arrangement.
The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant. This position will develop and implement the computational algorithms, automate data analyses workflow, curate published pan-cancer datasets, and build prediction models for novel transcriptome features analyses identified using bulk and single cell RNASeq data.
