- Assist in the creation of course assignments and presentations, including conducting subject matter research and developing materials.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of Professional Development course guides and class policies; make informed decisions based on course guides, precedent, and policies; assist students by responding to routine questions regarding the courses.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including room reservations, parking passes for guest speakers, and other administrative duties.
- Track and report class attendance.
- Communicate with students via email and Suitable.
- Post assignments to Suitable and Brightspace.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of any database or software necessary to support the Professional Development curriculum, including Suitable.
- Work independently without daily supervision; exercising professional judgment when consulting with students and law school staff and faculty.
- Manage time and adhere to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of projects and course assignments.
- Must be a currently enrolled graduate student at Villanova University.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strict attention to detail and reliability.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle difficult situations.
- Must have ability to work and make decisions independently.
- Must have ability to perform repetitive tasks with great accuracy and consistency.
- Must have experience using software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using Brightspace is preferred.
