Job Description:
The Role
Our Content Studio team is looking for a multi-faceted designer to join our creative team within Workplace Marketing. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral, from PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics to data visualization-heavy whitepapers. You’ll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.
Responsibilities of the role include
Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards
Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong visual design skills
Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals
Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter
3-5 years of work experience in a creative design role
Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to follow brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward
Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues
Communicating with impact and clarity
Team player willing to jump in and get their hands dirty; also an enthusiastic learner of new technologies and design strategies
Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of 'getting it done,' and driving initiatives from concept through launch
