
Graphic Designer

Position is full time and can be remote, however, looking for candidates who live near a Caron Campus, PA and Florida.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to:
- Digital and print ads
- Social media graphics
- Event materials (programs, signage, invitations)
- Brochures, flyers, and promotional collateral
- Internal communications assets
- Ensure all design work aligns with Caron’s brand guidelines, mission, and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Development, Clinical, Alumni Relations, etc.) to translate objectives into creative solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Assist with updates to Caron’s digital brand assets and templates as needed.
- Support the Creative Services Manager and external vendors with production coordination (e.g., print proofing, digital specs).
- Maintain an organized archive of assets and files.

- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Education / Experience Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house) required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiar with Canva and other design tools a plus, required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with web developers.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience with email marketing platforms
