The Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Enterprise Technology HR team at Fidelity Investments. This role goes beyond design execution by focusing on framing messages, shaping narratives, and bringing stories to life visually. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking, transforming complex ideas and data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations for executive-level audiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, strategic visual narratives for executive audiences, strategic initiatives, and internal communications
- Simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear visuals that tell a cohesive story
- Extract key insights from data and translate them into impactful graphics
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and business partners to ensure presentations align with strategic objectives
- Maintain Fidelity’s brand standards while introducing creative elements that enhance engagement, clarity, and impact
- Stay current on trends in visual storytelling, data visualization, and presentation design
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
The Skills You Bring
- Proven experience in executive-level presentation design and strategic storytelling
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual narratives, data visualization, and PowerPoint expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; SharePoint familiarity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
- Ability to distill complex information into simple, compelling messages and visuals
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity; able to make decisions and drive progress without complete information
