What’s On Your Plate
- Answer guest relations calls with genuine care and concern
- Document guest interactions accurately using our ServiceNow Guest Relations system
- Use critical thinking and available resources to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Route sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed (Risk, PR, Employee Relations, Crisis Team, etc.)
- Partner with restaurant management to support successful guest resolutions
- Use reporting tools to provide timely follow‑up communication to restaurant partners
- Assist guests with gift card questions and reconciliation
- Respond to social media messages to support guest recovery efforts
- Review and classify concerns submitted through the Texas Roadhouse website
- Follow up with stores, Market Partners, and guests on cases open longer than 72 hours
Your Recipe for Success
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or guest services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic approach
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
