Head Golf Coach-HS Seasonal TemporaryUIW MissionPosition SummarySt. Anthony Catholic High School, a private, college preparatory High school for young men and women, is seeking a Head Golf Coach for the spring 2026 season of February to April 2026. This seasonal part-time position is responsible for growing the Golf team into a competitive program. Position is expected to coach sport within the mission of St. Anthony Catholic High School and our Core Values of Honesty & Integrity; Community; Service & Social Justice; Scholarship; and Holistic Education. The Head Golf Coach reports to the Athletic Director.Essential FunctionsJob DutiesKnowledge Skills and Abilities• Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills to teach multiple skills, as well as effective strategies necessary to field a competitive program.• Thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, and techniques of golf.• Strong communication skills with ability to remain professional and collected regardless of the circumstances with students, parents, staff, or opposing team.• Ability to consistently follow the mission of St. Anthony Catholic High School.• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with school administrators, teachers, parents and students.• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.Required EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Required Work ExperienceTwo (2) years of experience at the high school or college level as assistant or head golf coach, or two (2) years of golf coaching experience at the club level.
