
Head of People Analytics Decision Support
Job Description:
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to head our People Analytics team and take it to the next level. In this role, you'll use data to improve our employee experience and support business goals. You'll work with HR, leadership, and other teams to create and implement data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the People Analytics team to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
Manage a complex portfolio of work and balance it to achieve strategic objectives.
Proactively innovate and identify areas where data and analytics could improve business and talent processes.
Analyze employee data to uncover trends and inform decision-making.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track HR metrics.
Provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.

Technical Acumen: Proficiency in managing databases, data pipelines, and systems. Ability to navigate business nuances and technical aspects of data management.
Data Storytelling: Expertise in translating data into meaningful trends and narratives. Ability to synthesize data implications and business impact beyond mere description. Apply strategic frameworks to simplify complexity and communicate important implications to executive audiences.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong numerical and analytical skills. Keen attention to detail and understanding of the underlying numbers.
Executive Presence and Presentation Skills: Ability to interface with senior leaders. Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage complex analyses and drive collaborative outcomes.
Consultation: Ability to work with stakeholders to understand intended business outcomes, translate them into analytical work, and collaborate to achieve the desired results.
Qualifications
Proven track record in a technical field with expertise in IT systems, database management, and data integration.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience managing a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Experience in social psychology or a related field is a plus, but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$262,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
