Talent Data Delivery Administrator

As part of Enterprise Human Resources this role supports multiple business units and functions in the delivery of Talent Data procedures. The Talent Data Delivery Administrator is responsible for ensuring balanced workloads and workflows across the team; for promoting consistency in best practices and protocols across the team; for systems and process training; and for partnering with Talent Acquisition and other business partners to streamline and improve processes and relationships.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $27 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.


The Expertise You Have
  • Experience working as part of a team in a customer service-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
The Purpose of Your Role
  • Review and process hire transactions into Workday
  • Provide Verification of Employment support for Talent Acquisition
  • Create, update, and rescind transactions in Workday
  • Perform reoccurring data audits to ensure accuracy of hire data in Workday

  • Manages time to ensure daily responsibilities are consistently met, while also managing and resolving ad hoc requests and issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • You need to be able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail while adjusting to a fast-paced environment and constantly changing schedules.
  • Ability to understand the “big” picture when resolving problems.
  • Strong customer service and team leadership skills, with the ability to deliver timely results.
The Value You Deliver
  • You will work with multiple business partners, including Talent Acquisition to ensure business needs are being met and exceeded on a consistent basis.
  • Identify process breakdowns and develops, recommends, and implements innovative and creative solutions to administrative staffing issues/processes.
  • Reviews metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to ensure SLAs are being met, and accuracy rates are consistently exceeded.
  • Participates in projects as needed to address key administrative or technology process issues impacting Talent Data Delivery
  • Reviews administrative workloads and make appropriate adjustments to workloads as needed, to create balance across the team.
