Human Resources Operations Coordinator
The HR Associate plays a key role in supporting HR Operations processes and initiatives that enable Enterprise HR services. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of employee data, pay standards, and operational workflows to execute deliverables with precision. You will collaborate with peers, payroll, and HR partners to provide timely support and resolve issues effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement efforts and identify opportunities to deliver value-added solutions that meet business needs while ensuring end-to-end data integrity.
The Expertise We are Looking For
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • I-9 processing experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to keep stakeholders informed of changes, key events, and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent customer service and consultation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on workload fluctuations.
  • Experience with HRIS, Case Management, or Knowledge Management systems is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel required.
The Purpose of Your Role
  • Provide weekly support for I-9 processing.
  • Maintain employee files through imaging.
  • Handle general document retrieval requests.
  • Supply information to Legal for subpoenas and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Process and mail weekly termination letters.
  • Responding unemployment claim inquiries
  • Scrub and image manager file documents.

  • Ability to apply basic analytical thinking and creative problem-solving through research, analysis, and resolution.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple projects and work streams to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of employee data and pay-related timelines.
  • Skill in building collaborative relationships with business partners across and outside HR
