The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, and field management/leadership, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership & Team Management
· Supervise, coach, and support HR Shared Services team members, including onboarding, training, performance feedback, and development planning.
· Assign and prioritize daily work to ensure service levels, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met.
· Act as first point of escalation for complex associate, manager, or HR Partner inquiries.
· Foster a service-oriented, collaborative, and compliant team culture.
Operational Oversight
· Oversee execution of HR administrative and transactional processes, including:
o Pre-employment activities (background screening, drug testing)
o Associate transfers, rehires, and employment status changes
o HRIS transactions and data audits
o New hire paperwork and onboarding support
o AskHR associate inquiries and case management
o CDK clock number assignments for Retail positions
o Personnel record management
· Ensure processes are executed in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws.
· Provide Sr. Manager with reports and metrics on team performance.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
· Monitor work quality, identify trends or recurring issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Partner with Sr. Manager, HR Operations on process improvements, standardization, and documentation.
· Support audits, data requests, and reporting related to HR Shared Services.
· Ensure proper handling of confidential associate information and adherence to data privacy standards.
Cross-Functional Partnership
· Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners/vendors to ensure successful execution of HR Shared Services activities and support process improvement efforts.
· Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, and field leadership to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
· Communicate process changes, updates, and expectations clearly to internal stakeholders as applicable.
· Provide subject-matter guidance on HR Shared Services workflows and escalation paths.
Qualifications & Experience
· High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
· 3–5 years of progressive HR administrative or HR Shared Services experience
· Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
· Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll and benefits processes, and HR compliance requirements
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Work Environment
· Office or shared services environment
· Regular interaction with associates, managers, and HR partners across the organization
· May require flexibility during peak periods (e.g., onboarding cycles, annual processes)
This role reports onsite Mon-Thursday with Friday from home office
Salary range is $75-$85k with bonus
