Pay Range

$59,500.00-$81,800.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

As the HRIS Coordinator, you will provide support for our HRIS system Workday and other third-party applications such as ADP. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of HR systems. You will collaborate with HR team members, IT, and business partners to maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, and provide end-user support.

This position is based out of Denver, CO or another JM US location.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide technical and process support to HR and other end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Primary owner of HR Systems Administration requests including employee profiles, job information, and other relevant data.
  • Support the development of custom reports and queries to meet HR and organizational reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues, ensuring seamless system functionality.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system updates, new features, and enhancements.
  • Perform various audits related to HR systems/processes and payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
  • Develop, deliver, and analyze HR Metrics monthly reporting and provide recommendations.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and assist with end-user training.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of HRIS support experience or related experience such as IT or HR experience. Will also consider 2-4 years of HRIS support experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience administering HR systems; prefer ADP or Workday
  • Excellent skills in process improvement/business transformation, data analysis, customer service, communication, problem solving, team building, and consensus abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Minimal travel required (0 – 11 days per year)
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting and will follow a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
