The Role

As a member of the TalentSource HR team, you will have the opportunity to partner with TA, HR, Fidelity TalentSource and with business partners across the firm in the management and delivery of high-quality HR support to our temporary employees and their hiring managers. The HR Associate performs administrative and HR Functions to

support the offer and onboarding phases of the recruitment life cycle.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 1+ years professional work experience; HR or recruiting experience considered a plus

• Ability to work across a large organization and implement quickly against multiple priorities

• Passionate about the candidate experience

• Effective communication and time management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects at a time

• Develop and cultivate relationships with managers and provide HR consultation to guide and advise them on a wide range of issues

• Strong sense of urgency, a high degree of accuracy, and are solution oriented

• Ability to handle difficult situations with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

• Your organizational and customer focus skills are key strengths

• Process focused with an ability to implement standards and improve processes

• Quick to adapt to and implement process changes, evolving technology and performance standards

• Demonstrable ability to be successful completing a broad range of work or topics

• Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize

• Work with other team members and business partners on developing solutions to issues

• Experience using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word

• Experience using SharePoint and OneNote is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

The Team

Fidelity TalentSource supports the hiring of over 4,000 temporary Fidelity associates! In this role, you will have a direct and positive impact on a variety of human resources needs in the hiring and support of our temporary and contingent workforce.

Please see the below pay rate range for the work location of Rhode Island only: $25.00-$27.00 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
