Human Resources ReceptionistUIW MissionPosition SummaryThe Human Resources Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the Human Resources and Title IX Departments. This position combines front office reception with administrative support, managing visitor greetings, multi-line phone operations, departmental communications, and clerical duties across key departments.The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and support for critical HR functions including new hire processing, employee file maintenance, and payroll operations.
