Role Overview

The Enterprise Services Devonshire investments (ESDI) Talent & Learning team is a small nimble team that sits within the broader ESDI HR team. Given the portfolio nature of ESDI, we split our time between targeted BU solutions and enablement of the firm’s talent management and manager practices. Our work spans talent management; associate development; manager, leader, and organizational effectiveness.

This role, which is aligned to Pembroke’s Training Program, will support the ongoing engagement, operations, and development of training and online new hire orientation programs at Pembroke while also providing operational support to some Enterprise Services programs. The role reports into the Head of Talent & Learning for ESDI and partners closely with members of the Pembroke HR team.

Over the past twenty-five years, we’ve grown to include offices in Boston, San Francisco, London, Munich, Stockholm, Sydney, Tokyo, and Washington DC, and manage approximately 9.4 million sq ft/876,000 sq m in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities include

  • Developing, Curating and updating training content as needed
  • Supporting the Pembroke training advisory group and overseeing its monthly prioritization meetings
  • Handling program communications, administration, logistics, and systems
  • Finding opportunities for operational process improvements for the programs
  • Keeping abreast of all the Fidelity learning solutions to determine what offerings would benefit Pembroke employees

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working with various learning platforms, including but not limited to Degreed, SumTotal, Power-Automate and cohort-based programs, e.g., NovoEd
  • Experience in designing solutions and quickly learning authoring tools (Synthesia, Domiknow, Vyond, Adobe suite, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Sophisticated project management skills; proven ability to drive deliverables simultaneously and exercise autonomy amidst shifting priorities and timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Robust organizational, Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; to offer and accept feedback
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience in learning design / architecture, or related fields a plus
Please see the below pay rate range for the work location of New Jersey and Massachusetts only: $51.43-$91.43 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
