The Team

This role reports into the Enterprise Services Talent & Learning team and will be fully aligned to Fidelity Stock Transfer. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in L&D to design and deliver a fully digital onboarding experience for associates who are joining the rapidly expanding operations organization. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts from the business to design and deliver a comprehensive on-boarding experience that positions us for the future.

The Expertise You Have

  • Expertise in learning design and development and in converting non digital learning into digital solutions
  • Experience using industry-standard development tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, and Vyond to build modern digital content. Knowledge of DomiKnow is a plus
  • Familiarity with LXP platforms, LMS’s and cohort based platforms like Novoed
  • Strong collaborator with a track record of success in highly matrixed environments
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to listen actively, present ideas, synthesize feedback, and formulate an action plan
  • Ability working independently and managing projects of various sizes and updating key stakeholders

  • Strong skills in all aspects of instructional design
  • Ability to learn quickly and simplify concepts for others
  • The ability to produce videos, podcasts, reference materials, and assessment activities
  • Demonstrated independence, autonomy and accountability when performing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver large-scale projects, and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to envision and then build and maintain innovative onboarding for associates and managers who join the organization
  • Smart design that supports learners confidence and competence as well as speed to proficiency.
  • Working with our learning management system (LMS) and learning platforms to deliver learning solutions in ways that can be tracked and evaluated
  • Ability to quickly upskill and learn latest learning design methods and tools
  • Crafting learning experiences and content that are accessible and inclusive
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
