The OCM and Training Consultant will provide support to a large scale government IT Cloud Infrastructure Modernization program. Responsibilities include:
- Develop reskilling/upskilling strategies for emerging technology needs (cloud modernization, M365 Power Suite, AI integration, IoT, edge computing) to help the workforce keep pace with evolving mission needs and a changing technical landscape.
- Assess the need for curated training pathways, develop curated mission content, and provide applied learning opportunities for specific technologies.
- Support leadership in effective organizational change management, increased demand for IT services, and evolving mission requirements.
- Help define new functions and roles, communicate with staff, and provide resources to help staff adapt and align to evolving misison requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $95K - $120K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills- 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management; workforce development; and training services (materials and strategy)
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations
- Understanding of cloud computing environments
- Experience performing OCM and Training services for IT modernization programs
- US Citizenship
Desirable Skills
- Experience working for federal government customers
- PMP Certification
- Active Federal Government public trust clearance
- AWS or Azure certifications
Salary range
- $95,000 - $120,000
