The Role
As a senior IT Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects to deliver complex technology initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence in a dynamic environment. You’ll collaborate with Product Leaders, Tech Leads, and other partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business value.What You Bring
- Experience: 10–15 years in IT project management or Agile delivery leadership.
- Certifications: PMP or other Agile certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and scaling practices
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Guide stakeholders and teams in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Apply Agile fundamentals to solve problems creatively.
- Lead multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring clarity and removing impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery from planning through release and support.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Use data to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Track progress toward goals and escalate when needed.
- Champion inclusivity, psychological safety, and teamwork.
- Encourage continuous learning and open feedback.
- Champion improvements using a test-and-learn mentality.
