As an early career technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects such as:

Metadata Consistency Project:

Join an initiative to redefine Fidelity’s metadata strategy and help jumpstart our enterprise readiness for GenAI at scale. You will uncover insights about core data platform usage and build a unified metadata ecosystem that helps power the business. Partner with data producers and consumers while leveraging Snowflake, Collibra, Kafka, Python, and both classical and generative AI to build a unified, scalable metadata ecosystem that powers the business.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Degree in Information Systems, Analytics or related field

  • Strong programing skills for automation and data processing

  • Passion for data management

  • Ability to analyze patterns, document insights, and collaborate across teams
