THE ROLE
As an early career technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects such as:
Contact Center Routing Rules Analysis:
Help untangle 20K+ routing rules that steer phone, email, and chat to the right associates as we build a rules intelligence layer as part of our next generation Contact Center. You’ll catalog current rules, design a simplification framework and proposal, and prototype an AI data model to translate rules to the next platform. You’ll get hands on with Amazon MemoryDB, OpenSearch, and Bedrock and drive measurable impact by cutting rule volume, accelerating business changes and improving customer experience.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
Degree in Information Systems, Analytics or related field
Strong system analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with XML development
AI/ML mindset and willingness to learn emerging technologies
