tango is a leader in the home care health management industry and is preparing for significant growth! We are hiring a Jr. Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis to start.
The Junior Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a foundation in recruiting and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates through online databases, social media, and networking.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and offer letters as needed.
- Track recruitment activity and support reporting on key hiring metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (internship or part-time experience welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS tools a plus.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
