Job Title - Lead - Marketing Measurement and Analytics (MMA)
The Purpose of This Role
This position is part of the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team within the Fidelity Wealth business unit. The MMA team provides data-driven analytics to the marketing organization across owned and paid media channels. As a member of the team, the associate will have an opportunity to inform performance of the paid and owned media channels such as e-mail, webinar, onsite messaging content and digital marketing on Fidelity.com, through strong data analytics.

As a member of this team, you will interact with business stakeholders from across the marketing organization to give analytical insights that will aid in the creation and optimization of owned/paid media strategy.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to create learning agendas and measurement strategies for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer, digital and onsite and offsite marketing data.
You will work on developing scalable capabilities to assist marketing organizations in measuring several KPIs more quickly.

The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
Proficient in evaluating and analyzing the performance of paid/owned media campaigns/consumer websites/apps/solutions and their features with digital analytics tools (Adobe, Google), SQL/Snowflake.
Experience in creating visualization using tools like Tableau to covey insights with powerful data story
Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts such as attribution, A/B testing. Omnichannel journey measurement would be a plus.
Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem solving. Ability to draw out insights, answer the ‘so-what’ & ‘what-if’ and propose actionable recommendations.
Consistent behavioral skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused
The Expertise we are looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in areas like marketing measurement and analytics, digital analytics, product/consumer analytics.
Experience in end-to-end journey analytics, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on prospect conversion would be a plus.
Effectively communicates and influences stakeholders, driving adoption of analytical solutions and putting insights into action
Collaborator and can build and establish strong partnerships at all levels.

Shift timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
