Job Title: Lead - Data Analytics

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to play a lead business analyst role on our DC data in workplace investing (DOM in WI). The role primarily requires expertise in analysis, helping team with end-to-end testing, and an ability to connect and translate technical data capabilities into analytical and business needs. General ability to learn quickly, explore, analyze and to work through others is expected.

The Purpose of Your Role

The business analyst role requires expertise and experience in analyzing applications, understanding blueprints, roadmaps and systems inter relations. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, ability to connect the technical data capabilities into analytical and business needs, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development.

  • In this role you will develop an understanding of the business domain to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to drive the team and product forward

  • Be able to focus on Analysis skills and knowledge of DC to ensure software product development is delivered with requirement gaps.
