The hiring range for this role is:

131,908.44 - 203,262.90

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range andthis hiringrange may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.

Strategic leader responsible for overseeing and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Develops and implements strategies to improve business processes, drive innovation, and achieve organizational goals. Leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and ensures alignment with company objectives. Provides guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
  • Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs using a mix of methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile) to achieve strategic objectives, collaborating with program sponsors to set objectives, success measures, and develop roadmaps. Establish and facilitate program governance, leveraging management skills and industry knowledge, while managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, capacity, change requests, dependencies, and progress against success measures. Guide and motivate diverse teams, liaising between stakeholders at all levels, and mentor and coach project managers on best practices. Monitor financials and partner with Finance for reporting, providing program-level reporting and transparency of overall progress and health, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication.
  • Project Management: Manage projects using various methodologies to achieve strategic objectives, directly overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle through defined project management processes. Define clear project scope, create and track schedules, and adjust plans as needed, while communicating business objectives and providing direction, coaching, and support to project teams. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitate risk evaluation and develop mitigation plans, manage vendor deliverables, and provide project status reporting. Monitor financials and validate forecasts, ensuring resource and expenditure reconciliation, and promote Agile practices and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications

Education

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • 7+ Years Project management experience Required
  • Experience in directing, mentoring and coaching program and/or project managers
  • Experience managing cross-functional/matrixed programs or multiple large-scale enterprise-wide projects
    Experience in healthcare and/or regulated industries

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall).
  • Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and execute with limited information.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, including those with software development components.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior analytical skills for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and change management techniques.

Certifications & Licenses

  • Preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI
  • Preferred: SAFe Practice Consultant Certification (SPC) - Scaled Agile, Inc
