Job Summary
The Department of Psychology (https://psychology.as.uky.edu) in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky invites applications for two or more full-time Lecturer positions to begin January or August 1, 2026. The selected candidates will be appointed to a 9-month, non-tenure eligible faculty position for an initial two-year period that has the potential for renewal and for promotion to Senior Lecturer after five years.
The successful candidates will have experience teaching at the undergraduate level and be committed to teaching excellence. The successful candidates will be expected to teach a range of undergraduate courses and serve as a mentor to Psychology majors. The candidates will also be expected to contribute to the service mission of the department. We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated expertise in online teaching, neuroscience, forensic psychology, and/or I/O psychology. A PhD in Psychology or related field is required.
